In the handicapped zone of the parking lot, always leave a cart or two, or three. Older people like to get out of the car, and have a cart right there to act as a walker across the parking lot, and across the street.

Reminding them to eat. Someone with ADHD often forget to eat. And for my husband, he starts to feel shaky and terrible.

I listen to my kids and understand their struggles. I feel like that wasn’t a thing when I was raised. That may be considered “woke” now.
