@andre@mastoart.social We would call that a cottage here. My paternal grandparents would spend every weekend at “the cottage up north” when I was a kid.

@thereisnocat@toot.cafe @andre@mastoart.social The word in South Australia when I was there (over 30 years ago now) was "shack". Any kind of holiday property was a shack. Some were a bit mansiony!
