@MarkusEicher@fosstodon.org Well, if you mean just textual chat, you can achieve that right now by asking ChatGPT to roleplay as a patient and then having a conversation. The free version should be OK, but GPT plus ($20 per month) even better. Using voice to chat, there are many options, but I heard the Talk-To-ChatGPT chrome plugin is decent. You should just try them out see which you like best.

@braincell@hachyderm.io The goal is to have a real voice conversation just like if I would talk to a client of mine. Or vice versa, the bot being the coach interviewing or coaching me as the client. It would need to have a specific model that follows the techniques and special requirements following the curriculum in use for the accreditation training. But thanks, I will sure put everything ChatGPT on the bucket list to evaluate. It will soon be up to GitHub to be an #opensource project.
