It is amazing, I quit Instagram, Google Search, Gmail 5 years ago and haven't looked back. While I still depend on a Google Account for Tailscale, logging in my Android phone to install bank apps (cause they stopped working via Aurora store). I also have Google Maps app for navigation. Use Newpipe/Freetube for Youtube. From Meta, I depend on WhatsApp. And from Microsoft, I depend on GitHub and you can say VSCode, although I use the OSS version. Been a decade since I left Windows.
