Let me add something. Vel, @RoseThorndyke@cathode.church here, is my host and usually, when she struggles, one of us starts co-fronting and asks if Vel wants to switch! (I mean the others do that more than me oopsie)
I feel like ritualizing the switching or making it more frequent might make things easier for all of you cuties! In any case I hope it'll be alright :3

@morrigan@girlcock.club @RoseThorndyke@cathode.church @little_foxtoy@bark.lgbt Communication is the way to go. Starting with communicating goals and making a plan, and then maybe regular check-ins, like end of day. And yeah, ritualizing it with a meaningful trigger would probably help
