Every time someone posts on Bluesky about how it is an echo chamber or insignificant compared to X it sets off a long chain of everyone posting their take on what social media needs to be. We have now landed on the everything that isn't Tiktock, Intagram or Snapchat is irreverent part. My take is that social media shouldn't be one thing and if we are finally getting to the part where one site can no longer become the entire internet that's good actually. Also I hate short form video.
