@nspugh@toot.wales @solar_chase@mastodon.green that's an interesting question. But shouldn't we treat a source which is carbon neutral through a relatively short lifetime (planting to burning) as renewable? I can see the argument against peat (a 4000 year turn around - but the crisis is now), but over a few decades I think we're probably ok with biomass.
