Fat phobia? Not being attracted to a person who is fat or any other trait isn’t phobia. I am pretty sure fat phobia means that you think badly of fat people.
Also Zendaya is half black.
That guy is an asshole but can’t really classify either of those things based on this one post.

Oil is hydrophobic because it’s repulsed by water. I suspect OP is repulsed by fat people. I also suspect he thinks badly of fat people. Also, black people can definitely be racist. I’ve been told that most black people have had the experience of scrubbing their skin with soap and water as a child, trying to rub the blackness off. That’s called internalised racism, and it’s a big problem. In a society that trains people to be racist, even black people can be affected.
