y'all, I managed to take a shower... a full on body shower, not just my hair, not just maintenance wipes, a real shower.... I've been so freaking depressed that I think I haven't done this in around a month..... but I did it. I had the courage today. and if you're also putting off something because of whatever reason, don't worry, you'll get there eventually 🫶💛
