@VidmoOreda I will say as a recent migrant, the Twitter API becoming locked down for third party apps will have a tremendous impact on people seeking other solutions. The only reason I was able to use Twitter was because the apps I would use made it palatable by de-algoing everything. The apps are gone, so I and many others are gone. Now, if Twitter re-opens the API, who knows. But I’m liking the community aspect of Mastodon a lot more, so I’ll probably be staying regardless.
