The worst of the misleading and inflammatory rhetoric is on the right, but it's not only on the right. It's in the mainstream as well. It's in the New York Times, it's in the Washington Post, and most likely, it's also in your local paper.
If you're a journalist, odds are its in your organization, if they cover trans issues as a controversy or a both sides issue.
It has killed already, and it will continue killing us.

If you're part of this, by choice or by inaction, I can't make you do the right thing. But I will make you look at what you're doing to my community. I won't be quiet- until somebody comes for me, too. If that day comes, if you have seen these words and done nothing, I want it to be a dagger in your heart. I want it to eat away at you.
