@KimCrayton1@dair-community.social PREACH IT. Asinine managers have no clue what they’re losing when they expel (or simply drive out) experienced workers in pursuit of a fast buck. Or maybe they just don’t care, make the next quarters’ numbers look awesome, and figure they’ll be out of the picture by the time all the real damage they did becomes known. (An aside - I’ve seen this develop too when the workplace just becomes too miserable for any number of reasons including a hostile workplace, and incredibly good, knowledgeable, hard workers, people they’re getting way more value than they realize for what they’re paying, leave.)
