I've now made an apple watch version and its companion for iOS.
It doesn't just passively mirror notifications either, you can actively open the app, look at topics that were synced from the companion app, clear notifications from the local history, have a detail view for the selected notification.
Of course both apps have actions implemented in the VoiceOver rotor.
A shame they will be of no real use unless I can somehow one day get a payed apple developer account. But then there is also the fact that having one of these will disclose my legal name for everyone to see, which I'm completely uncomfortable doing due to being trans.
Oh well.
I guess at least it showed that I can make a nice port of an app of all three platforms.

I’ve now implemented and tested delivery priority of notifications on all three platforms and ensured it works. Ntfy's various priority levels are matched to the delivery priorities of mac, IoS and WatchOS. Level 1 priority is fully passive, 2 is passive plus sound, 3 is active, 4 and 5 are time sensitive. If I could, I'd make priority 5 critical, but that is not to be as this is locked behind an entitlement. Oh yes, and all of this is also fully customisable from the hopefully sane default settings.
