I should never admit when things are going well. I had a productive week & felt an extra spring in my step while walking the dog, grateful for feeling, dare I say, happy. Then I went to the gym but got careless and dropped a 45lb plate on my foot. OUCH! but I finished most of my routine. Driving home, working the clutch hurt like hell. Now I have a swollen, painful toe, likely broken. Ice, Advil and elevation for a couple days. It isn't pretty. I'll spare you all the pictures. #Jinx
