@halfbyte@ruby.social beware that while gotd is compatible to git there might still be some restrictions ( https://gameoftrees.org/gotd.8.html#CAVEATS ) and got itself is slightly different to git (I like the got's model where repository related data are outside current working directory more than nested one of git, but it is change, OTOH one can keep using git on local).
