@halfbyte@ruby.social I'm personally interested in seeing something like this happen - had only recently realised the limitation on Codeberg not allowing closed-source projects (but also, hadn't gotten around to seriously migrating any private repos there yet anyway).
If you went with Forgejo, then I'd also love to see/pay for shared actions runners hosting as well. I have been toying with sharing something along those lines already, especially now that Forgejo v15 I think has some API endpoints to track runner usage - which in turn could help determine some level of auto-scaling or at least reporting on runner availability.

@halfbyte@ruby.social also, I have managed to get Renovate working with Codeberg (particularly with the plans to use it for private repos before the recent terms clarity), but I wouldn't be mad about setting that aside for depfu :)
