Curtain’s down on the comedy festival. It was a great 3 weeks. I managed to get to 21 shows across a broad range of genre. Hoani Hotene was great, including his memorable political analogies. I also thought Kipling DC’s cowboy was a standout. He’s up for the Billy T award and is a strong contender - we’ll find out tonight as the awards are presented in Auckland at 7pm!
