@mei@donotsta.re just set "means of transport" filter to "EuroCity and intercity trains only", and you'll get connections starting at 10€ (with change in Berlin). Bonus tip: if you're traveling from Poland, you can just buy a through ticket (with the same filter); getting to Magdeburg will then cost you just like 5€ extra compared to getting to Frankfurt. It's just that regional tickets are all only sold with expensive base (flex) fare making them more expensive that saver fares on long-distance trains.
