Exactly. They claimed "too busy" but when I walked in there were 2 employees sitting on their ass so thats a load of crap. Ive already posted about it in a local group and people are telling practically the same story I always thought ppl were exaggerating when they talked about it bc my local TS has been great, up until today Broke me heart
