A friend recently asked me about a podcast episode from "Diary of a CEO" where it was presented as a fairly general mistake to buy a house. The arguments, sounded clean but actually got me quite annoyed. So I decided to calm down a write up why I think that housing decisions are more complicated than it was presented in the podcast.
