Finished my first full week back in the office after the return-to-office order ✨ And I keep coming back to the same question: what’s the point? The work is the same. The meetings are the same. The only real difference is less flexibility and a commute eating up hours. I get the “in-person collaboration” argument, but in practice it feels like doing the same job in a less efficient way. Still adjusting, but right now it feels like a solution in search of a problem. One week down.
