Ballpark 80%+ would readily be redirected to actually tackling the learning challenges. My last workplace was not the right environment and actively made it worse by *really* leaning into it. That said; my brother works in higher education and the way he describes it is with a lot of really negative words. And while it’ll be job security for those of us who do actively practice active learning, there is gonna be a really noticeable skill gap between those who took school seriously and those who copy-paste their way to their degree.
