The person in charge emailed everyone a page of regurgitated "AI hype" (as defined by Bender & Hanna in The AI Con). She also included, as an aside, a list of concerns other employees and I have already sent to the committee. Currently people ask me to create applications rather than fix their slop. I'll take your story as a warning to be on my guard. Thank you.
