I remember when I was a kid, living with my dad we had basically no money. I needed new clothes, and my dad mentioned to his Fiancée he was going to buy me some. Later, when my dad wasn't around, his Fiancée abusively screamed and shouted at me because I was getting new clothes and she wasn't. Today I took the bonus daughter shopping for new shoes and clothes she needed, because I offered. Ensuring in some way I break the cycle of terrible people. Be better than those that came before.
