I have been using less social media! How is everyone else doing? As of May 15, 2026: 155 days without YouTube Shorts 116 days without Discord 138 days without Reddit I also did not use TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat orother social media. The only social media I have used since then was Mastodon and Substacks but even then, it is just once in a while. And for YouTube, I only use it for like school lectures and don't look at comments or anything.
