@bloodaxe@fosstodon.org My thoughts exactly. I like the way it looks, but it's just not the same ship.
To be fair, a major redesign while filling the same role on the market is something you see with cars IRL too, so it still makes sense lore-wise.
It's just not what I was expecting and probably not what most people had hoped for.
Even the signature chicken legs are gone :<

@darkwiiplayer@tech.lgbt I'm also just against "antiquating" OG-backers ships for MkII before the game is even properly released 🙃 t's not horrible IF they keep the old models up-to-date at the same level as the new ones, but I don't like the precedence this sets 😒 But, I guess they got away with the Hornet MkII, the community has spoken with their wallets... again...
