@jschuh@infosec.exchange Thank you for this; it aligns with my previous understanding, but provides many useful details. I must admit that I am flabbergasted at how casual some people are about classified data handling. I used to work with highly classified data, and I was trained and audited to ensure absolute control over every document in my possession at all times. I once lost a few pages of a document; I expected to go to prison, and felt I deserved it. (The pages turned up soon after, fortunately.)
