@stargazersmith@social.linux.pizza @jschuh@infosec.exchange He was processed and arraigned, but immediately released on his own recognizance. He will likely serve no time in a traditional prison even if found guilty. The reason being, US Secret Service is still required to protect him even if in jail. The logistics of this security detail means in all likelihood that will necessitate house arrest as a sentence. He’ll stay at Mar-A-Lago for a while, and that’s all.
