Student-institution interactions on social media always felt uncomfortable to me (my students once ran an anonymous "confessionals" Instagram about teachers; content was edgy, but never crossing the line). Maybe giving students a self-moderated platform could meet halfway: it's yours, you control the content — but you also own the responsibility for its impact on peers and teachers, so let's define how we want to interact *together*.
