@kasdeya@cryptid.cafe it's much different when there's a less permissive license or straight up copyright/trademark involved, because then you HAVE to disclose how much of the software includes a warranty of WORKING out of the box. i think this is the case for many enterprise solutions of community projects (ie enterprise gitlab)
