Isnt part of the fasc idea space the whole idea that the strong are worthy and would be rewarded and rise to the top the world just got away of all the rules pushing the unworthy? Clearly this means that as he is in trouble he is unworthy himself and now a target. Esp as you can get a social boost by stepping on him on your way up. The loneliest ideology.
