Apparently (and this is from memory, so caveat emptor) when young the balls can be uneven. During puberty, one might say “Oh no! I must become even!” and twist up on itself. This is resovled (at least in my case) with a local anesthetic and manual untwisting. Followed by a procedure where they sew your balls to your sack so they can’t try it again.
