I find wipes to be quite abrasive, especially around the eyes, and more moisture means less scrubbing, ideally. Might be good to bring a calming lotion to apply overnight if you have sensitive skin. Definitely feasible inside a tent. If you're worried about going outside at night with the makeup off, bring a hoodie (though it sounds like you're mostly worried about the half-removed stage).
