Critical reading: when someone writes “up to 97%” you really got to trust the integrity of that person. Because a person with integrity will only use this formulation for 96.x% figures when it makes sense to round up. A less principled person uses it with noisy data, eg success rates of 50% on one day, 70% on another and 97% on another day. So the longer-term average might be a coinflip but an outlier of a day can have 97%.
