No, the simple act of loving people will not fix every issue in the world. That is a platitude that has been echoed for decades. It takes true solidarity and respect for your fellow man and deplatforming of those who push platitudes to inflate their own ego and status instead of the simple act of love. People aren't ready to hear that there is a dividing line in society that isn't whether you've been loved or not, it's greed and power. True love and respect comes from being able to take and give criticism back. One way love is parasitic. Anyone that tells you that you should just love people are just attention baiting and probably living in a place of privilege.
