I dislike flapack. Far too centralized (are there even mirrors, like any sane repo?). Not much alternative clients, because it’s so complex.

Flatpak is decentralized, though I do have reservations with how some people only want Flathub to exist. Flathub uses CDNs, so they are effectively the mirrors.
