Had a bit of a panic attack when I had a shower earlier. Wetting myself down and dipped my head to wet my hair when I realised I'd forgotten to take my hearing aids out. Quickly jumped out of the shower (as best I could) and dried them. They were only under the water for less than a second and I'd be lost without them. Luckily they seem to have survived. #Deafness #Hearing
