I knew OpenAI was going to win the case. Musk against OpenAI! I wrote a Flipboard comment. And OpenAI won! And like I had said, OpenAI the Co., and ChatGPT, the product. I did say to start it as a non-profit, and now it's a publicly traded Co; for profit! That's the case Musk lost!
