The nightmare never ends. Ibrahim is sick, his fever is dangerously high. He sleeps on cold nylon sheets. After losing my daughters, this fear paralyzes me. I can't stand here and watch him wither away. I'm begging for help to treat him before it's too late.🙏🥺💔
