@bitboxer@mastodon.social my kid learned using a Gibus bike, it’s a middle ground between balance bike and actual bike. They’re lightweight, with the pedals a bit further from the saddle than usual. Quite expensive at 300€ but we sold it for the same price. It was a blast to see such a small child zooming away then reaching for the pedals and follow us on our bikes! https://gibuscycles.com/
