Do you know if the problem is with the batteries (so the UPS works well by itself electronically)?
Replacing the batteries may be cheaper, first of all.

@gemelen@mammut.moe the UPS currently has bigger batteries than original ones. I dont know if the UPS actually functions correctly, i tend to think yes, but i'll find out in the next power outage i guess.
