i was telling mr. scout last night that whenever any of us got chicken pox as a kid, my brothers & i had to take baths w/ oatmeal powder in it.
& was blathering on about how i—as a person prone to all of the allergies—✨adore✨ aveeno, the maker of so many oatmeal based anti itchy~itchy products…when i remembered that i had a freaking TUB of their extra strength calming lotion stashed under the bed!! 🎉

there's a veritable pharmaceutical & cosmetic treasure trove under there, but my AuDHD makes the "out of sight, out of mind" issue an ISSUE, so it's been sitting there waiting for me since my second knee surgery. yay for past me!!✨
