@jpaulgibson@mastodon.ie It reminds me if an IT project of mine that was a success regarding: fulfillment of deliveries, schedule and cost BUT was a fail because of user requirements: they were written by a team with few connections with the the real users. And if the app was in line with the user requirements documentation, it was not with the real users needs. ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯
