One thing I hate about my biologic therapies is the need to call in every month in order to get it shipped to me. They could just as easily make it so I could do this online without having to spend an hour or more on the phone, but noooo... I think it's intentional, to discourage people from actually ordering the meds they need, because that overall saves the companies money. It's just another reminder of why I hate the American medical system. It's a fuckin' circus. #ChronicIllness
