one of my prior to this private new years resolutions was to be more openly mentally ill because normal people will never like me and hiding myself is stifling . I feel like I need to actually say this out loud though to follow through with it..
We were taught very unhealthy views around our mental health growing up so e we have been ashamed to talk about it and be open. And I've lost so many so called friends when they realize I am crazy, so why not be crazy openly?
I am diagnosed with autism, adhd, cptsd, bpd(i doubt this one tbh) , social anxiety, generalized anxiety, bipolar type 1, DID was acknowledged by a dr and a few therapists as us having it but its not on paper yet. We were told by our old psych that we had DID but he thought I was too functional to put it on paper.- for the record we are not functional at all.... Plus that guy had more interest asking me if i was in a straight relationship than my symptoms of mental illness
We are getting a new psych really soon and ive heard good things about this one. fingers crossed.
We are prone to paranoia as well.
I've really never felt like a person who is part of this world. I feel like we are a collection of identitys (what even is that) from elsewhere trapped in a vessel and made to interface with this reality. Maybe thats just the dissociation idk
anyway. im not sure whos fronting and we are stoned so like. 99% sure someone else will be out later and delete this. bye
