Ate a little more chicken and had a wash. Also had a little more fight when I made her take her fluids last. We phoned the vet at 830 this morning to ask if they looked under her soft pallet while she was sedated, as she has major ear polyps. Was told the vet would call back. They didn't, rang just now (1645 local) and was told the vet wasn't in today. I was a bit annoyed and said "we paid you over £600 yesterday, you said phone if we have questions, we have questions you're not answering!" "I don't like your tone, sir " "It's not your fault personally, but when I pay the better part of a grand I expect a level of service that you're not providing" "I'll get a vet from the other branch to ring you"
