Yeah, I feel ya. FP1 is normally track acclimatisation, and FP2 is normally long-runs with high fuel to gauge true race pace. During these sessions, changes to ride height, pressures, toe and camber, wing angle, these all change according to driver and engineer to gain the most from the weekend.
FP3 is low fuel, high pace; basically practice for Qualifying, and tweeks to the set up. Then the good stuff starts happening.
