@DireGoy@poa.st If I was being charitable, I'd say it's because most people do drive-through, delivery service, or order on the app and pick up and self-serve fountains are seen as a bothersome extra step. Perhaps not worth it for the restaurant to have a second fountain in the dining room when they already have the one behind the counter. If I was being charitable.
