Color me shocked. Apple actually made it easier, not harder, to help a friend reset a forgotten password. Years ago it literally took 3 daisy chained computers, iTunes, JAWS tandem, Team Viewer, and Aira to recover an iPad that you didn't know the password to. Now, it's one app and a few numbers.
