I have just made the delicious sounding (and about to be sampled) lemon myrtle and finger lime shortbread, created by @gomichild. I have lemon myrtle trees but not the time to dry the leaves, so I had to buy a packet, but I did dehydrate some finger limes donated by my neighbour, and ground them.
